Since 1993, we have reached out to our Corporate Community by providing seminars regarding Ergonomics, Stress Management and Wellness. We have given workshops to :

Many people are taking a PROACTIVE approach towards their health and are looking inward to manage their own health. We offer wellness programs for many companies, organizations and members of our community. Through our programs, individuals learn how to take charge of their own health through conservative health and exercises. Prevention and Wellness is the key to improving ones quality of life.

With our workshops, individuals learn how to manage their health conservatively without taking drugs or medications. Exercise is most important, and special time is used to present this to each individual attending our programs. Chronic health concerns, such as headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, fibromyalgia, stress management, as well as upper and lower back pain is addressed and conservative advice is offered.
